RaceTraceTiming is a race timing application and results service. By using it you agree to these terms.
RaceTraceTiming is a tool for recording times. You are responsible for the accuracy of the results you publish, including verifying them before they're used for awards, qualifying, records or prize money. We recommend a backup timing method for any race where the result carries real consequences.
You keep ownership of your start lists and results. You're responsible for having the right to upload participant information and for publishing it consistently with what your participants agreed to at registration.
Don't use RaceTraceTiming to store or publish unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt the service or access races that aren't yours.
We work to keep the service running but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Timing itself runs on your device and does not require our servers; live results and publishing do.
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it.
